Nobel Students
Week 49 was full of Nobel Prize celebrations. For SIS, following the tradition was great fun and they had their own little ceremony but with younger nobel award winners. Students dressed up and role-played as Nobel laureates and parents were welcome to take a look at the creative costumes that the students wore.

On Wednesday the 9th of December 2015, the auditorium was filled with parents and students, ready to celebrate the Nobel laureates. The night was accompanied by bands from 11th grade and MYP students, who performed the Coldplay song “Trouble”. Parents were happy and enjoyed the evening. Food and beverages were served but the highlight of the evening was the students dressed up.
Mrs.Larsson, the host of the night, had a few things to say
“I think we can safely say that we had lots of ideas represented today and that for every idea that gets a Nobel Prize there are countless ideas that need to be heard and tested. Keep thinking, inquiring, and being courageous about your ideas.”
