Well, I must say that we are a lot of super smart kiddies.

6V worked with kindergarten. The students were divided into groups: Introduction and helpers. They worked with kindergarten making something fun. Wait for it! Playdough!! Playdough was very easy and flexible to make.

The ingredients: 1 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of water, 1/2 cup of salt and a spoon to mix.

Add flour to a bowl. Add a little bit water to the bowl and mix. Now, add salt. Add water additionally, not too much, not too little. Stir all of the ingredients together and you will create some smooth, nice playdough.

There you go!! I recommend this recipe as an activity for kids if you are babysitting, looking for something fun to do with your siblings or kids, etc.

6C instead tried something different and beneficial, especially in terms of creativity. Using different objects to identify shapes, such as cylinders, circles (for pi measurements) triangles and irregular shapes!

The whole class was divided into small groups, with some 6C helpers to supervise their work. But they accomplished this WAY TOO WELL!! Well done kids!

After all the hard-work, everyone went to grab out their coats, put their hats on, and run outside!  This was our reward for all the hard work, and we are all so happy!!

We are sure that we can all agree that we all met some new friends and enjoyed the mathematical, playdough, creative shapes day!!
