Tensions in one of the 6th-grade Mini-MUNs are rising as the resolutions are being finalized. In 6th grade, this means creating posters on the issues you wish to address and solve.

South Africa stated, “If we get the funds we can fully switch to renewable energy that uses less carbon dioxide. And rely less on factories.” Working together with Chile and New Zealand, the delegate of South Africa hopes that their resolution will pass.

The delegate of China, an active delegate in the debate said, “I think we should replace fossil fuels with renewable energy.” It appears the class has come to a general consensus on the topic – Frozen Beauty – and the debates are beginning to slow down.

The students have expressed gratitude towards their chairs for encouraging discussion and helping them through their first MUN.
