Mini MUN – Global Health is the Issue today
Mini MUN started with a guest speaker- Bruno Ciancio from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
He started off talking about the UN sustainable development goals and the talked about the global burden of disease by cause. This is particularly relevant today especially since the Coronavirus is on everyone’s mind. Students seemed very interested and definitely learned about things that they didn’t know about before.
After the break, they will start debating issues around global and health and security.
